Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross functionally
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Excel
  • Adaptability to evolving priorities and product needs
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a technology environment
  • 2 or more years of experience working in Agile Scrum teams
  • Demonstrated success in writing user stories and managing backlog items
  • Familiarity with fintech, payment processing, or SaaS platforms is preferred
  • Experience working closely with development and QA teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Agile certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or PMI ACP preferred
  • Continued coursework in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of UX principles and basic API concepts preferred
  • Familiarity with fintech, payment processing, or SaaS platforms is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Support QA and developers during the sprint lifecycle
  • Perform gap analyses, process mapping, and root cause analysis as needed
  • Maintain product documentation, process flows, and release notes in Confluence
  • Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize features based on impact and feasibility
  • Provide support during UAT and track feedback for product improvements
  • Monitor and report on Agile metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown
