Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross functionally
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Excel
Adaptability to evolving priorities and product needs
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a technology environment
2 or more years of experience working in Agile Scrum teams
Demonstrated success in writing user stories and managing backlog items
Familiarity with fintech, payment processing, or SaaS platforms is preferred
Experience working closely with development and QA teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Agile certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or PMI ACP preferred
Continued coursework in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies is a plus

Nice To Haves

Understanding of UX principles and basic API concepts preferred
Familiarity with fintech, payment processing, or SaaS platforms is preferred
Agile certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or PMI ACP preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather and document business and technical requirements
Translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and reviews
Support QA and developers during the sprint lifecycle
Perform gap analyses, process mapping, and root cause analysis as needed
Maintain product documentation, process flows, and release notes in Confluence
Assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
Work with stakeholders to prioritize features based on impact and feasibility
Provide support during UAT and track feedback for product improvements
Monitor and report on Agile metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown
