About The Position
The Scrub Assistant Trainee position is a full-time role designed for individuals enrolled in a specialized internal training program at Huntsville Hospital. This 6-month formal education program prepares trainees to assist in surgical procedures within the Operating Room (OR) environment. Trainees will learn to support surgical teams by maintaining an aseptic environment, preparing instruments, and assisting with patient care under the supervision of experienced surgical personnel.
