About The Position

Ramsey Solutions is seeking a professional writer to join our team in Franklin, TN. Our mission is to provide biblically based, commonsense education and empowerment that gives hope to everyone in every walk of life. As a writer, you will be responsible for executing results-driven and emotional storytelling scripts quickly and efficiently, producing quality scripts informed by data, and championing our global Ramsey brand standards and voice across various initiatives. You will also strategize the direction of our shows and serve as a trusted resource for show content.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional writing.
• Comfortable collaborating with producers, personalities, editors, etc. on scripts and content.
• Ability to bring cultural/industry relevancy to content.
• Ability to transform multiple complex ideas into cohesive solutions.
• Experience having strategic conversations that drive show development with stakeholders.
• Must provide professional script samples during the application process.

Responsibilities

• Execute results-driven and emotional storytelling scripts quickly and efficiently.
• Produce quality scripts informed by data.
• Champion global Ramsey brand standards and brand voice across your team and business unit.
• Strategize the future direction of shows.
• Serve as a trusted resource for show content for stakeholders, fellow writers, and producers.
