About The Position

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Screening Machine Operator this position is responsible for setting up and operating semi-automated printing machines using Screen Printers. At least three (3) months of Microscope experience Basic computer skills Good math skills Good verbal and written communication skills Must be very detail oriented Preferred Education and Experience: At least three (3) months working in a manufacturing environment Cleanroom environment Screen Printing Essential Functions: Screeners are responsible for the quality of the prints they produce. They must be able to read the travelers to ensure that they are using correct ink, screens and dielectric type tape and tape thickness. Responsible for properly configuring and orienting tooling to support consistent, high-quality production by aligning multiple screens. Must perform first article inspection by doing multiple tests before starting lots to be printed. Must be working with some chemicals used for screen cleaning. Work area is to be kept clean and neat at all times. Physical And Mental Demands : Use of microscope up to 15% of shift Standing/Walking up to 70% of shift; Sitting up to 30% Twisting of neck and waist up to 30% shift Reaching above shoulder, and simple hand grasping up to 20% of shift. Lift, push, pull, and/or move - up to 50 lbs. up to 10% shift. Will occasionally work in fast paced environment and demonstrate adaptability Must understand and follow a set of clear verbal and/or written procedures without deviation. Must adhere to a provided work schedule to meet a set of qualitative production standards. Interact with co-workers to complete tasks. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least three (3) months in setting up and operating semi-automated machines.
