About The Position

The Screen Room Tech's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building, stretching, burning, and reclaiming of screens. Essential Job Functions : (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees whom performance of the function can be distributed.) Must wear personal protective equipment at all times Check monitors for incoming orders Notify management of discrepancies in work orders to ensure each machine has a balanced workload Ensure the correct screen size is placed on the machine based on order requirements Build, stretch, and burn screens for production’s use Review printed design on screens to ensure it matches with the image displayed on the monitor Properly label each screen once printed for production’s use Walk the production floor to collect any unused screens Utilize CTS and Liberator machines for screen burning purposes Responsible for inspecting own work to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest quality product possible Maintain a clean and organized work area including performing general housekeeping duties i.e. sweeping, etc. Support teamwork through active participation and/or by helping team ideas work Reliable, regular attendance is essential Perform duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policies Other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor Essential Qualifications : (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
Results-oriented
Strong, positive leadership skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines
Great attention to detail
Diligent and punctual
Good physical strength and stamina
Employees must be in their current position for at least six (6) months before being eligible to apply to an open position.
