Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Barry is currently seeking applicants for a Screen Room Operator. This position is responsible for performing thick film processing to produce passive electronic component arrays. The Screen Room Operator will have an opportunity to enhance their manufacturing skills by working on a unique product line. The Screen Room Operator is responsible for performing thick film processing to produce passive electronic component arrays. Job Location: Vishay Barry is located in Attleboro, MA that is conveniently located near the main highways as well as some highly recommended restaurants. There are approximately 70 employees working at our 40,000 sq. ft. facility of manufacturing space. This would be an on-site position. What you will be doing: Use substrate drawings and screen printers to measure scope for critical dimensions as well as handle chemicals and inks. Create work logs and update timesheets. Complete work accurately by following written instructions and adhere to required Safety rules. Perform setup, alignments, printing, firing, electrical tests, and breakdown. What you will bring along: High school education and technical understanding. 2+ years of manufacturing experience. 1+ years of screen-printing experience preferred. Experience with microscopes, hand tools, handling chemicals/inks, and process equipment. Experience with prints/specifications, computer for logging work and time sheets. Must be able to learn new products quickly, work independently, and be highly motivated. Requirements

  • High school education and technical understanding.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with microscopes, hand tools, handling chemicals/inks, and process equipment.
  • Experience with prints/specifications, computer for logging work and time sheets.
  • Must be able to learn new products quickly, work independently, and be highly motivated.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of screen-printing experience preferred.
