About The Position

Tuuci is seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Screen Printing Manager to lead and execute the Company’s internal branding and screen printing operations. This role is both strategic and technical in nature and is designed for a “player-coach” who thrives in a production environment while maintaining operational oversight. The Screen Printing Manager will be responsible for managing daily print operations, supervising a small team of technicians, and serving as the primary technical authority for screen printing equipment, pre-press processes, and print quality. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all branded components applied to Tuuci’s marine-grade shade structures meet the Company’s rigorous standards for durability, precision, and aesthetic excellence. The Screen Printing Manager position is based in Miami, FL and reports to the Director of Manufacturing.

  • Enforce quality standards related to color accuracy, registration, consistency, and print durability

  • Supervise, train, and mentor a team of 3–4 screen printing technicians
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, enhance print consistency, and increase operational efficiency
