About The Position

Screen press Operator Responsibilities: Exposure and reclamation of screens for use in Screen Printing Process Set up and operation of UV and Conventional Silk Screen Presses Performance of all scheduled maintenance operations as directed by the Production Manager Diligent adherence to the First Article Sign Off (FASO) and related QMS Procedures Achievement of Quality and Productivity targets established by the Print Manager Cooperation with all team members in the efficient execution of manufacturing processes Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S principles Maintain a safe and injury free work environment Perform related duties as assigned by the Print Manager Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures Ability to mix PMS color using ink formula and color matching Key Competencies: Documented Screen Printing experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal customers. Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience with an ERP system is preferred.
