About The Position

Fabricates and assembles metal screens by performing the following duties. Pay $16 per hour

Requirements

• Must have solid understanding of basic math
• Able to read blue prints and tape measure
• Knowledge of spot welding helpful as well
• Must be able to work assigned shift with overtime as needed
• Must be able to comply with all safety guidelines and regulations
• High School diploma or GED preferred or combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years previous experience in a manufacturing setting; previous experience with welding or cutting preferred

Nice To Haves

• previous experience with welding or cutting preferred
• Knowledge of spot welding helpful as well

Responsibilities

• Lays out and marks reference points onto screen material (perforated and/or mesh material).
• Fits and assembles components by operating machines such as arbor presses, riveting press, brazing machine, and resistance welding machines to complete assembly.
• Welds components together.
• Follows all company policies including attendance and safety
• Demonstrates safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
