The shift will start at 10:00pm and ends at 6:30 am depending on the production schedule. This role supports the production line and will follow production needs. Please be advised that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

Requirements

• 2 years of manufacturing/production experience
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, grip, and lift 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Able to sit, stand, and walk for 8-10 hour periods.
• Must be able to communicate in English concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Cooperatively work with fellow team members on the production floor.
• Collect defective units at end of line repair.
• Reclaim all viable parts for future use and return them to the workstation via manual processes.
• Move defective units to the scrap area using material handling equipment (primarily tugger and/or forklift).
• Be a self-starter with a positive attitude and a team player.
• Maintain good work and organizational skills.
• Have refined motor skills with the ability to visually identify small component parts and remove them manually or with the use of tools.
• Be certified to operate forklift and tuggers (previous experience preferred).
