About The Position

As a Bartender, a typical day might include greeting guests with a welcoming smile and providing them with fast, friendly service. You will accurately take the guest's drink order and prepare it in accordance with company recipes before presenting it to guests. Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to all necessary guidelines is essential. Ensuring consistency by following company recipes and standards is a key responsibility. You will promote Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner and work well with others, including other bartenders, servers, bar backs, and management. Remembering guests' names and utilizing them when appropriate is important for building guest loyalty and a regular clientele. You will also share information about weekly events and future events, resolve service problems with empathy according to company guidelines, maintain a clean and stocked work environment, and arrange bottles and glassware to maintain an attractive display. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage and/or club environment
• TIPS or other recognized Alcohol Certification is a plus and will be required if chosen for the position
• Must be able to pass Big Night Entertainment Group's requirements regarding legal background check
• A neat and professional appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public, and co-workers
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
• Ability to accurately count money and provide necessary change
