About The Position

Job Summary The Warehouse Supervisor overall supply chain management operations, including logistics, order process, inventory and customer service. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Job duties include but are not limited to the following: - Logistics Manage a delivery of products to customers. This includes finding the best shipping methods and scheduling shipments of product. Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products. - Internal Logistics Handle and manage any internal logistics with other departments like production either by email or face to face. Resolve any issues and keep improving process proactively to prevent it. - Order process Receiving orders and input into the system and print all the ordered list. Make picking plan and picking list. Check and verify item and quantity when receiving and shipping out. - Inventory Reconcile the physical inventory records with system. Report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment - Customer service Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Salary: $70K~$75K Annually (Salary may vary based on experience)

Requirements

  • College BS Degree or equivalent experiences are required
  • 3~5 years of warehouse or logistics experiences, food industry experiences preferred
  • Communication Skills
