Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, or Trade Promotion Management within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning (SCP) systems and principles.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain operations and the sales process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs and drive change to achieve measurable results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SCP systems such as Kinaxis, JDA, or SAP is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and continuously recommend process improvements.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations and address discrepancies, including shortages and overages, by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Inventory Control Tower and assist the broader SCM operations team as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure effective implementation of supply chain plans.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and streamline SCM processes.
  • Prepare and analyze ad-hoc reports to identify potential issues and propose actionable solutions.
  • Support other SCM-related projects and initiatives as assigned by the Manager or Division Manager.
