This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) Teaching Assistant for the School of Entrepreneurship, Management, and Logistics at Oregon State University (OSU). This position is to assist Professor (of SCLM 457) in managing two sections of the course during the Winter 2026 term. Pay rate for this position is $16.05 per hour. Transferable Skill Development Position Duties Primary duties include grading assignments and/or exams and possibly proctoring exams, as well as helping manage the course Canvas site (by posting materials, grades and other course-related info. per professor's instructions). On average, it will take 3-5 hours per week.

  • Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university and pursuing a program or course of study
  • Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment
  • Must meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard
  • High School student: Regularly enrolled in a high school or participating in a home-schooling program
  • Undergraduate and post-baccalaureate student: 6 credit hours per term
  • Undergraduate international student: 12 credit hours per term
  • Graduate student officially admitted to Graduate School: 5 credit hours per term
  • Graduate international student officially admitted to Graduate School: 9 credit hours per term
  • Having taken BA357 (Operations & Supply Chain Management) or any equivalent course(s) with at least a B+ course grade and the current GPA of at least 3.5
  • be familiar with MS Office suite and strong writing, communication skills and highly responsive (in fulfilling tasks in/on time).
  • Preferably, took SCLM 457 (Supply Chain Strategy) previously and some experiences with Canvas environment
