About The Position

As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company. This intern will be passionate about problem-solving, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Will work closely with our Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to identify inefficiencies, analyze data, and support initiatives that drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create and interpret process maps, flowcharts, and standard work documents.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confidence in asking the right questions.

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Operations Management, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts.
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar.
  • Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Understanding of basic statistics.
  • SAP, EWM, or TM experience.
  • Prior exposure to supply chain, distribution operations, or continuous improvement projects.
