About The Position

This R&D Scientist position is responsible for experimental set-up, execution and data analysis. The role involves handling reagents preparation, including human blood and sterile body fluids, and preparing buffers, solutions, and samples for testing. The scientist ensures that project results are effectively documented and compliant with company quality assurance and design control procedures. Additionally, the role provides protocols and procedures for the project team, writes reports, and offers technical assistance, performing other duties as assigned.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biology preferred.
• Fields of Knowledge: Microbiology preferred, Biology, Clinical Microbiology, or Medical Technology
• Experience with antibiotic susceptibility testing and interpretation of manual and reference methods preferred.
• Practical experience in assay or test product laboratory setup, aseptic technique, and basic microbiology technique.
