About The Position
The R&D Scientist position is an entry-level role within the Pilot Process, Vision Care R&D Ocular Health Formulation Material and Process Development (FMPD) team. The primary responsibility is to lead and support research and development activities, focusing on the validation of processes, laboratory work, and equipment to ensure high-quality standards in the development of new and existing products. The role requires collaboration with senior scientists and engineers to solve complex problems and involves hands-on laboratory work, including the maintenance of GxP standards and participation in clean room activities.
