The Scientist practices and encourages creativity to drive innovation and solve technical problems. They will execute projects designed to result in new or improved products by leading technical teams and developing work plans independently. This role is located at the Corporate Offices in Orrville, Ohio, and allows for a hybrid work model, with a typical week being 40-50% in the office and up to 100% when lab/pilot plant/manufacturing plant support is needed. Start times based on work needs will be before 8 AM on occasion.
