About The Position
As a Systems Engineer Scientist in our Infared (IR) Sensors business area, you will have the opportunity to work various programs solving our customer’s most difficult technical challenges. This role will be focused on one large program but could also have a broad impact to multiple programs and projects that are critical to our customers! As a Systems Engineer Chief / IR SME, you will support planning activities to address development activity processes and procedures for the organization. Tasks include technical planning, design, analysis, implementation, system integration, validation and verification. Analyses are performed at all levels to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. This position supports the Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) Segment, a great team of talented professionals with world class technical expertise who take a collaborative approach to engineering and enjoy working together.
