  • Manage requirements, testing, systems architecture, and software architecture.
  • Employ testing tools including Python and C# frameworks.
  • Design FACE Data architecture and solutions.
  • Support L3Harris mission systems integration architecture for swappable electronics and sensors.
  • Develop systems/software for unmanned asset control and data management.
  • Integrate third-party AI classifier software and develop operator HMI.
  • Meet with internal and external customers to understand needs and develop compliant solutions.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to solidify trust and provide engineering guidance.
  • Develop concepts of operations (CONOPS) and System Level Use Cases.
  • Champion process improvements and establish new systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of software experience, or a Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of software experience, or 16 years of software experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with VICTORY, FACE, GCIA & MOSA Standards.
  • Proficiency in UML/SysML Model-based development.
  • Direct experience using Magic Draw Cameo tool suite.
  • Experience in allocating, decomposing, and deriving requirements to subsystems and components.
  • Familiarity with Agile development principles.
  • Knowledge of military standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with US DoD ground vehicle requirements.
  • Applied working knowledge in software engineering development and systems integration.
  • Knowledge of Modular Open Systems Architecture standards/processes.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to senior leadership.
  • Exceptional consultation, diplomacy, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to promote collaboration and facilitate teamwork across the organization.
