About The Position

This role is for a Scientist/Senior Scientist to advance immune-modulating therapeutics through expertise in protein purification and delivery of characterized protein candidates.

Requirements

• B.S./M.S. with 7-8 years or Ph.D. with 1-2 years of experience in biotech or biopharma
• Experienced in protein purification, biochemistry, and AKTA system operation.
• Proficient with bioanalytical techniques including HPLC and other advanced instrumentation
• Skilled in assay development and execution, with a preference for protein conjugation experience.
• Highly organized and communicative, able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting with scientific precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform expression of recombinant proteins in mammalian cells.
• Handle protein purification and quality control.
• Identify optimal protein stabilization methods.
• Analyze and communicate experimental data collaboratively.
