Requirements
- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with standard molecular biology techniques required
- Experience in assay development with NGS readouts required
- Experience in protein expression and purification required
- Experience with mammalian cell culture required
- Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive problem-solving attitude and strong willingness to take on new challenges a must
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills required
- Must be exceptionally self-motivated and independent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills required
- Experience working with AAV/LNP
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of immunology a plus
- Experience with flow cytometry a plus
- Experience with in vivo work a plus.
