Accountabilities As a Scientist in Immuno-Oncology Research, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our drug discovery process. You will leverage your expertise in immunology and oncology to develop assay systems and deliver impactful datasets for pipeline programs. In this laboratory-based position, you will design, conduct, and analyze experiments to evaluate candidate drugs and explore novel therapeutics targeting the immune system for cancer therapy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data generation and dissemination, driving progress in our Immuno-Oncology projects. Requirements

  • B.S. in Biology, Immunology or other related scientific discipline with 3-6 yrs. relevant scientific experience; M.S. 0-5 yrs. MS preferred.
  • Strong background in immunology and experience with diverse immunologic assays (human T cells is a plus).
  • Hands-on skills in basic biochemical and immunological methods including cell culture, western blotting, immunoprecipitation, multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA/multiplex assays, ELISPOT, and cell killing assays.
  • Hands-on previous experience with in vivo work strongly preferred.
  • Ability to independently design and execute research plans for one or more programs, and to review, analyze, and interpret experimental results.
  • Team player who is well organized with excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills and be able to perform multitasking as needed.
  • Ability to record protocols and experiments in a timely manner and maintain an excellent laboratory notebook.

Nice To Haves

  • Biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with patient-derived tumors and/or tumor infiltrating lymphocytes is an advantage.
