Within the Clinical Sequencing Division, bioinformatics plays an important role in enabling precision oncology diagnostics and advancing genomic medicine. Discover Impactful Work: As a Scientist III, Bioinformatics, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of bioinformatics applications, data systems, and computational workflows that support next-generation sequencing (NGS) companion diagnostic (CDx) assay development. In this role, you will collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional partners to develop tools and workflows that support genomic data analysis, assay development, and regulated diagnostic programs. Your work will help ensure that bioinformatics systems supporting diagnostic development are reliable, reproducible, and well-documented. You will also contribute to emerging initiatives that explore the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance bioinformatics workflows, data analysis, and internal scientific applications. This position combines bioinformatics expertise with scientific software development to support scalable genomic analysis and integration with laboratory and data management systems.
