About The Position

At Firefly Bio, our mission is to redefine cancer treatment. We are developing a new class of therapeutics called Degrader Antibody Conjugates (DACs), which combine the precision of antibodies with the power of selective protein degraders. Our goal is to unlock new classes of payloads and deliver transformative medicines to patients. Our team operates with Focus, Integrity, Respect, and Energy. Position Summary Firefly Bio is seeking a highly motivated Scientist II/Senior Scientist I to join our Protein Sciences team. This is a hands-on, predominantly laboratory-based role, essential to the development of phage display capabilities for antibody discovery and engineering. The successful candidate will contribute to advancing our proprietary Degrader Antibody Conjugates (DACS) from early discovery through lead nomination.
