About The Position

We are currently seeking a Scientist to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Scientist at ICON Plc, you will conduct cutting-edge research and experiments to drive inNvation in drug development and clinical research. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design and execute scientific studies that address critical medical challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing and interpreting complex scientific data, drawing meaningful conclusions, and making data-driven recommendations. What you will be doing Research and InNvation: Conduct cutting-edge research and experiments to drive inNvation in drug development and clinical research. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute scientific studies that address critical medical challenges. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex scientific data to draw meaningful conclusions and make data-driven recommendations. Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of research outcomes. Protocol Development: Contribute to the development of research protocols, ensuring adherence to industry guidelines and ethical standards. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance study design and optimize research processes. Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, scientific papers, and presentations to communicate research findings internally and externally. Maintain accurate records of experiments and ensure data integrity throughout the research lifecycle. Quality Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company SOPs while conducting research activities. Contribute to maintaining the highest quality standards in all scientific endeavors. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, clinicians, and project managers to foster a collaborative and inNvative work environment. Share kNwledge and expertise to achieve common goals effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related field
  • Familiarity with basic laboratory operating principles
  • Proficiency in various bioanalytical techniques, including academic experience
  • Hands-on experience with ELISA techniques
  • Ability to validate assays effectively
  • Skill in data interpretation and analysis
