As a Scientist I, you will work with the Discovery and Product Development team to support research that advances our microbial technologies from early discovery through product-ready validation. This role focuses on understanding how plants respond to microbial inputs under varying environmental conditions, including abiotic and climate-related stresses, to inform product performance and optimization. You will design and execute greenhouse and controlled environment experiments, analyze plant physiological and growth responses, and translate findings into clear next steps that guide product strategy. In addition to hands-on experimental work, you will contribute to formulation- and plant-focused projects by designing experiments, generating data, and supporting the development of improved approaches for evaluating product performance. You will work closely with a team of scientists and research associates, bringing together plant science, microbiology, and product development to connect plant responses with microbial function and real-world agricultural performance. You will thrive in this role if you are both an independent thinker and a practical problem solver -someone who enjoys understanding how plants respond to stress and translating that knowledge into actionable insights. You are proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of your work. You value scientific rigor and are excited to apply plant science to develop scalable, impactful agricultural solutions.
