Requirements

Track record of developing materials for high-temperature metallurgy or electrochemical processes or scaling such processes to pilot or production-scale.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably for large-scale process development.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Results-oriented with a strong sense urgency

Responsibilities

Develop inert anode and cathode materials and electrolytes for electrochemical production of Voya’s fuel-grade metal.
Design and demonstrate high-efficiency cell architectures and process conditions.
Work with Voya’s advanced prototyping team to scale and demonstrate these new materials and processes in pilot and production-intent systems.
