We are seeking a Scientist with expertise in liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry-based proteomics to work in South San Francisco. The team develops and implements proteomic technologies for Amgen's early discovery pipeline programs and technology platforms. In this role, the Scientist will contribute to both discovery and targeted proteomic analyses for cell surfaceomics, proximity labeling, target validation, and mechanism-of-action studies. Expertise in modern mass-spectrometry based proteomic technologies and cell surface protein enrichment methods is required. Additional responsibilities include technology innovation and implementing methodologies to advance Amgen's early discovery-stage therapeutic candidates.
