e184 is a biotechnology research company advancing in vitro gametogenesis to transform reproductive medicine. We're developing integrated platforms that combine cellular reprogramming, machine learning-guided optimization, multi-omics analysis, and automated experimental workflows to enable gamete development for individuals facing reproductive challenges. We're assembling interdisciplinary teams across cell and molecular engineering, synthetic biology, epigenetic editing, bioinformatics and computational biology to tackle one of biology's most impactful problems - returning the fundamental right to procreate. We are seeking an independent, creative scientist to lead the design and execution of high-throughput screening campaigns aimed at identifying reprogramming factors that control cellular differentiation programs. Reporting to the Team Lead and Chief Scientific Officer, you will play a foundational role in establishing our screening platforms from the ground up, working collaboratively with computational biologists and cell biology experts within a small, mission-driven team. This position offers exceptional autonomy and ownership in a flat organizational structure, with direct impact on critical proof-of-concept milestones and the opportunity to tackle challenging biological problems using novel approaches at the forefront of stem cell and developmental biology.
