This role is ideal for a motivated, quota-carrying sales professional who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and enjoys opening doors, building pipelines, and closing high-value professional services engagements. This is a fully remote position (North America) with significant travel (up to 50%) to support client meetings, conferences, and business development activities. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating scientific and technical challenges into tailored, service-based solutions powered by Rancho's domain expertise. This is not an order-taking role. Success requires a hunter mindset, comfort carrying a $MM quota, and the ability to build pipeline in a consultative, service-driven sales model.
