About The Position

The Project Coordinator position at Cardinal Health's Scientific Service Center in Mansfield, MA, is focused on driving complex and transformational programs through disciplined project and program management. The position is 100% on-site and requires the coordinator to stay informed on industry trends, manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, and contribute to policy development by creating standard operating procedures.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience, preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrated time management and organization skills with an emphasis on multi-tasking.
  • Understanding of SAP & cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., ECC, HANA, SAP, Tableau).
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools and software like Microsoft Project and Jira.
  • Understanding of a GMP laboratory is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data analysis skills.
  • Strong communication (both oral and written) and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to travel 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Stay informed on industry trends and update leadership.
  • Contribute to policy development by creating new standard operating procedures.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Create Purchase Orders.
  • Process invoices efficiently, utilizing discounts and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide expert insights and analysis to clients.
  • Manage client relationships, resolve issues and create client reports and analytics.
  • Analyze and improve program efficiency, escalating issues impacting productivity or quality while considering budget obligations.
  • Lead data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML solution delivery to drive innovation.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency through AI-enabled analytics.
  • Increase program profitability through performance and patient support.
  • Ensure client needs are met throughout project timelines and escalate roadblocks while understanding invoices, payments and history.
  • Develop an understanding of each Scientific Business, SAMC, SASI, MICRO, Biocomp/Tox and Analytical Chemistry.
