Requirements

  • Masters Degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacology, veterinary medicine, or a related discipline. PhD preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands‑on drug discovery experience in biotech, pharma, or CRO environments.
  • Experience in a CRO-facing role, marketing, or B2B scientific sales.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills-able to simplify complex science for diverse audiences.
  • Passion to work in a creative environment
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of scientific and marketing trends.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SEO, AI‑assisted content generation tools, and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling narratives
  • Translate complex scientific concepts into clear, engaging stories tailored to biotech and pharma audiences.
  • Create high‑impact scientific content
  • Collaborate with scientists, designers, and subject‑matter experts to develop brochures, white papers, web content, videos, and more.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns
  • Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing initiatives that enhance Pharmaron's brand, strengthen market positioning, and generate measurable ROI.
  • Work closely with digital marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
  • Analyze & optimize performance
  • Monitor campaign metrics, identify trends, and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.
  • Own the marketing strategy for designated service lines, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Develop and execute long‑term strategic marketing plans spanning content, campaigns, events, and brand positioning.
  • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and drive data‑informed decision-making to optimize outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
  • Act as a strategic leader who shapes how Pharmaron is perceived across the global drug discovery community.
