The Patapoutian Lab is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scientific Associate to contribute to our cutting-edge research in mechanosensation. The successful candidate will work closely with graduate students to support a high-throughput screening project aimed at advancing our understanding of mechanotransduction mechanisms. The lab focuses on understanding the mechanisms of somatosensation. Our research spans diverse topics, including touch, pain, and proprioception. We use interdisciplinary approaches to uncover fundamental insights with implications for human health.
