Responsibilities also include compiling, maintaining, and filing all reports and records, attending departmental and campus meetings, participating in professional development training, and supporting the department's educational efforts using digital resources and innovative teaching practices designed for all-male learning. The teacher is expected to be a lifelong learner, open to self-reflection and feedback to improve teaching skills, and perform other duties as assigned.
