About The Position

Students will develop skills in lab techniques and safety protocols which will strengthen their academic foundation in the sciences. At the end of their FWS experience, students will be able to add their newly gained skills to their resume. Lab areas include: Chemistry, Biology, and Microbiology.

Requirements

• One year of high school Chemistry and Biology.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the weekly preparation of laboratory experiments.
• Prepare chemical solutions and maintain cultures.
• Maintenance and cleaning of labs and adjoining prep rooms.
• Keep rooms clean, stocked and orderly.
