About The Position

The position is for a School Van Driver at the Three Rivers Local School District. The driver will be responsible for transporting students safely to and from school in a professional, safe, and timely manner. This is a 180-day contract position with holidays, nights, and weekends off, as well as summers off, with the possibility of extra summer hours if desired.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically and emotionally able to perform the duties required.
• Submit to a bi-annual driver record abstract check.
• Two years of driving experience with a valid driver's license required.
• Meet all personnel qualifications of Ohio Department of Education, Ohio Pupil Transportation Operations and Safety Rules 3301-83-06.
• BCI and FBI background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Transport students safely to and from school.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transport.
• Adhere to all transportation safety rules and regulations.
