The School Support Coordinator is the primary liaison between Human Resources and administrators at both schools and the administrative building. This position also serves all applicants and employees by answering questions and/or guiding them through processes. This position will support the District's mission for ensuring equity, inclusion, and diversity by using an equity-based lens that will transform outcomes for all students. The School Support Coordinator should be familiar with labor law and collective bargaining agreements (CBA) including interpretation and application. The School Support Coordinator works with administrators to ensure compliance with procedures such as screening applications, interview processes and candidate selection. The individual in this position will onboard new hires, conduct new hire orientation, determine salary placement and enter pay. This position requires an individual that can work in a fast pace environment and have the ability to meet inflexible deadlines The School Support Coordinator must present an exemplary, professional customer service attitude to represent an appropriate District image.
