About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year in the Beaverton, OR area. They are seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting. Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work. They focus on support and mentorship so clinicians can do their best work. This position is in-person and approximately 0.75 FTE, covering elementary and high school caseloads.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Active Oregon SLP License (or CFY)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
