About The Position

We are seeking a qualified School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students during the 2025–2026 academic year. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Requirements

• CCC-SLP required
• Active Colorado State SLP License – Required
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Certificate – Required
• Candidates may start with pending CDE certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Ensure compliance with school policies, state regulations, and ethical standards
