Ampersand Therapy is actively hiring full-time school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year in Abbeville, SC. This full-time, in-school SLP position in Abbeville, SC provides multiple opportunities to work closely with students, conducting speech evaluations, delivering language therapy, and implementing targeted interventions. In this role, you’ll have the chance to: - Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) - Conduct speech and language assessments to help students succeed - Provide impactful speech therapy and language interventions - Collaborate with dedicated school special education teams - Play a key role in enhancing students’ communication skills and confidence

Requirements

  • Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (or eligible and willing to apply)
  • Teaching certification from the South Carolina State DOE (or eligible and willing to apply)
