About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a School-Based SLP to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Caseload averages ~40 students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license or eligibility
- CCC or CFY eligible
- Pediatric or school-based experience
Nice To Haves
- Prior school SLP experience
- Experience managing 35+ student caseload
- Familiarity with IEP systems
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop/implement IEPs
- Provide individual and group therapy (articulation, fluency, voice, language, pragmatics)
- Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
