Ampersand Therapy is currently hiring full-time school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the remainder of 2025-2026 school year in Varnville, SC. We know how important your work is, and we’re here to support you every step of the way. This in-school, full-time SLP position in Varnville, SC offers the opportunity to work closely with students, providing speech evaluations, language therapy, and targeted interventions. In this role, you’ll have the chance to: Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) Conduct speech and language evaluations to help students thrive Deliver meaningful speech therapy and language intervention Collaborate with dedicated school special education teams Play a vital role in supporting students’ communication and confidence
Requirements
- Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (or eligible and willing to apply)
- Teaching certification from the South Carolina State DOE (or eligible and willing to apply)
