About The Position

A school district in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, 16-week contract assignment. This role involves providing in-person speech and language services to students in a collaborative educational environment.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist License (Required)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Ability to work onsite (in-person only)

Nice To Haves

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services aligned with student goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and school staff meetings
• Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations
