Position Overview: Deliver specialized speech and language interventions for students in Grades 3-5, focusing on transitional communication skills that support academic success and social-emotional growth. Lead the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including conducting initial evaluations and re-evaluations. Provide high-quality therapy services either on-site or virtually, utilizing a company-provided laptop to maintain seamless documentation and student engagement. Collaborate with educators and families to foster an inclusive learning environment for every student and serve as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid Oregon Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Completion of the mandatory criminal background check, including two sets of fingerprints as required for Oregon K-12 educators
