Position: School Social Worker servicing grades K-5 MN Teacher's license required in the following area: School Social Worker Position Summary: The Special Education School Social Worker provides social-emotional and behavioral support to students with IEPs, including direct services, IEP goal development, assessments, and short-term counseling. The role collaborates with teachers, administrators, and families, ensures compliance with Medicaid (MA) billing, assists with crisis intervention, and connects students and families to community resources. The School Social Worker adheres to district policies, maintains professionalism and confidentiality, and participates in ongoing professional development to support student success and well-being. Salary will commensurate upon experience. 1.0 FTE (Step/Lane is attached - Minimum $41,000 to Maximum $90,568) Benefits include health with an HSA, dental, life/ltd, TRA and PTO Optional employee elect benefits include: 403B, vision, STD, term life, accident, hospital, critical illness and telemedicine.
