Position Overview: Deliver comprehensive and essential mental health support to students (K-12 focus) through individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and focused check-ins. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement proactive early intervention strategies that address emerging behavioral health concerns. Collaborate and consult with school staff, parents, and administrator to integrate effective behavioral and mental health interventions into the school environment.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• Active Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential (Required)
• Active California License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) (Required)
• Prior experience providing counseling and mental health support, preferably in a school-based environment

Responsibilities
