About The Position

Located near the scenic lakes of Sebring, FL , this position offers the perfect blend of community impact and professional flexibility. We are currently offering In-Person, Hybrid, and Virtual options to ensure you can deliver life-changing therapy in a way that works best for you. Position Overview: Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload, focusing on improving students' communication skills and academic success. Facilitate student evaluations, lead IEP meetings, and maintain meticulous documentation of progress toward communication goals. Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff through in-person, hybrid, or virtual platforms to implement effective communication strategies. Administer and interpret standardized assessments to identify speech and language disorders and determine eligibility for specialized services.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Florida Speech Language Pathologist License (DOH) and/or Certification by the Florida Department of Education
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates or CCC-SLP holders are encouraged to apply
  • Must be comfortable utilizing teletherapy tools if a hybrid or virtual model is utilized
