About The Position

The School Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing integrated student supports and whole-child services at Communities In Schools of Ohio. Requirements

• BA/BS/BSW required; Associates degree plus considerable experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with youth from various backgrounds.
• Experience in a school setting and collaborative environments preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.
• Professionalism, flexibility, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the annual CIS School Needs Assessment.
• Develop and implement the CIS School Support plan with measurable objectives.
• Lead and coordinate the delivery of evidence-based services.
• Develop support and/or lead a site team in collaboration with school staff and community partners.
• Identify students at risk in areas of attendance, behavior, academics, and social-emotional needs.
• Provide leadership, direction, and evaluation of program effectiveness.
• Facilitate ongoing and annual reporting requirements.
