Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must have Child Abuse Clearance and FBI School Training Certificate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed to professionalism, fairness, and student safety
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or youth engagement is a plus
Responsibilities
- Patrol school grounds, entrances, and surrounding areas to ensure safety
- Monitor and manage building access, including visitor sign-in procedures
- De-escalate conflicts and provide support to students and staff
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies and incidents
- Build positive relationships with students and foster a culture of respect
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports
